Chelsea's away defeat to Arsenal has gone a long way to change Antonio Conte's mind that his defenders are not up to task and hopes to high up his defence in the January transfer window.
According to The Daily Mail, the Italian tactician wants to freeze out Gary Cahill and Branislav Ivanovic form his Chelsea squad, as they have been identified as the loopholes in the back line.
On Saturday, the two were responsible for an Arsenal goal in the 3-0 defeat. And there are strong indications that Antonio Conte might replace them.
Rumour has it that the Italian wants to sign two centre-backs and a full-back in the January transfer window.
Chelsea are reported to be scouting Michael Keane from Burnley and Middlesbrough’s Ben Gibson, as the English team are looking to sign home-grown players.
It's pretty obvious that those two can't handle the tactics of their Italian manager. Conte seems to be soft this time around.
