Zambia players have said they will beat the Super Eagles of Nigeria in Ndola, as part of the 2018 world cup qualifier.
The Zambian will on October 9 play three-time African champions, Nigeria at home.
According africanfootball.com, Zesco United goalkeeper Jacon Banda said they will beat the Nigeria.
“The morale is very high and the team is focused on the Nigeria game,
“It is a very crucial game and I believe we have a team to overcome Nigeria. What matters will be our preparations, if we prepared well, then nothing will be difficult for us,” the goalkeeper said.
Zanaco midfielder Roderick Kabwe also added: “So far, so good we are preparing well for the game against Nigeria. The morale is high and the players are all very focused on the game.”
The last time the two countries faced was AFCON 2013 in South Africa, which ended in a 0-0 draw.
Super Eagles will be a tough test for the Chipolopolo, considering the Nigerians experienced squad.
