Italian giants Inter Milan are hoping to sign Manchester City midfielder to strengthen their midfield options.

The Italian side have already signed Radja Nainggolan from AS Roma for a fee of around €38 million, and they are constantly linked with bunch of other midfielders which include Barcelona new man Arturo Vidal as well as Real Madrid star Luka Modric, both whom are considered to be out of their reach.

This development however has led them to look somewhere else with Manchester City Iikay Gundogan now on their wish list.

The Turkish born Germany international moved to Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund in 2016, and spent much of that season on the sideline due to constant injury. He however played a crucial role last season as they won the Premier League.

More game time in Milan might be the key to take him to Milan as he has found it difficult to break into the Manchester City starting eleven.
