French football giant set to make offer for Egyptian player

French Ligue 1 side FC Lorientare are set to make an offer for CD Nacional Egyptian defender, Aly Ghazal in the upcoming hours, as stated by French media outlet, 'Foot Mercato'.

FC Lorientare are looking to improve their defense, and an offer of around €400,000 is being considered for the Egyptian defensive midfielder to test Nacional’s willingness to sell the player.

Nacional are believed to be demanding over €800,000 for the 24-year-old, whose contract expires in summer 2018.

Ghazal became the first Egyptian to captain his team in the Primeira Liga. He is also believed to be on the radar of several European top clubs including Bordeaux, Marseille, Hamburger SV and FC Köln.

The 24-year-old has been impressive for Nacional da Madeira since joining in the winter transfer summer of January 2013 from Egyptian Premier League side Wadi Degla.
